Are all products in an order shipped together?

Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. Here are the products we may ship separately.

What is the Estimated Delivery Time?

Please note that your special products are made to order and orders can take averagely 3-5 business days to produce. After we delivery to you averagely 3-4 business day in United States.

How to Track My Order?

Your tracking number will become available and be sent to you once the order has been shipped.

We will notify you by sending email.

Highly suggest to double check your email address when you place the order(s).

Sometimes these emails may not make it to your inbox, in this case please check your Junk or Spam folders or feel free to reach out us.

What is the Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Things don’t always go to plan, and we know that. That’s why we wait 24 hours after you place your order before we start making it.

Within these 24 hours, you are welcome to contact us if you wish to edit or if you change your mind.

If you have any questions about your order or have any doubts about your design get in touch with our friendly customer service team who will be more than happy to help.

Return

All products are made only once ordered. This also means that returns and
exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

Please note that we will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color.

Refund

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will happily reproduce and reship the order at no cost or refund the cost of the item if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery. We simply need a photograph of the defective product to initiate this process. Send the photo of the defective product, the order ID and the requested action to
coconui.borabora@gmail.com.

There is a tolerance of 0.75" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects. Thank you for understanding.
